Introduction
1.The saddle adopts rectangular guide rail structure with high rigidity,high strength and high abrasion resistance,which greatly meets the requirements of heavy cutting,stable grain and long service life.Adopt gearbox automatic shifting structure,one person can operate 2-4 sets,saving cost and improving efficiency.
2.The gearbox and spindle are separated to separate the vibration and temperature rise so to improve the machining accuracy.The lathe bed adopts the integrated casting technology high strength,high rigidity,guarantee the processing stability.
3.The chip collecting disc adopts the separated back and forth moving structure,and the operation is pleasant and efficient;
