We do not provide the CNC machine sample as it is very expensive. But we can provide the machining finished part according to the customer provide, then send to customer for testing. but the express charge is customer place.

Normally the machine will be strictly inspection every items in our factory based on our standard testing, or the customer can provide the drawing of parts and testing, then all parts are confirmed every thing is good. Then send the machine, even if there are problems in customer place, then they are simple questions and easy to solve.

Standard machine is 15 days lead time if there are machines in the stock. If there are some optional items then need to do additionally and the lead time will be confirmed between the factory and customer.

Export standard package or special package according to customer requirement, normally it is Fumigated solid wood, or high density wood board in our side.

We always looking for dealer and sells guys over the world. So the dealers or sells guy should have source for the CNC machine requirement. For the first year, we did not have any sells quantity requirement and do not sign the contract, after the customer can sell over 10 sets per year then we will sign the dealer contract. B.If the dealer decide to do cooperation with us and will make the advertisement for some districts and some countries over 3 years, we are also willing to sign the dealer contract.

The standard machine controller is Taiwan SYNTEC or Japan FANUC.

You do not need any special experience to assemble and run our machines. Our customers range from people who have never seen our CNC machine to people who run industrial five axis machines in their daily jobs. Over half of our customers have never run a CNC machine before. We pride ourselves on making every customer successful and have lifetime email and phone support to help you. You should at least know how to use basic hand tools (wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers and so on) to assemble the machine and have some basic computer skills to run the machines.

The whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months, but wearing parts or accessories damaged by human beings are not covered by the warranty.
