Introduction

1.The main transmission adopts the structure of “large torque output + A11 independent spindle”,which can adapt to hard cutting,heavy cutting and other processing methods.

2.Adopt”Y-axis power knife tower + tail seat structure”,the size range of machining shaft parts(the maximum processing range diameter 580mm length 850mm),greatly improve the processing flexibility;the power shaft output can be selected 7.5KW, can achieve”strong milling,strong drilling”,greatly improve the composite processing beat efficiency.

3.The machine tool base is optimized by finite element analysis and has better rigidity;

4.The X and Z axes adopt the pre-streched structure,which reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy,and improves the rigidity.
