Introduction
1.Variable production corresponding to complex-shaped work-pieces.Overlap machining by main and back spindles realizes high productivity
2. Adopt TSUGAMI's proprietary chuck opening and closing structure to replace the traditional toggle and improve its true roundness.
3.TSUGAMI’s unique "Double Spindle" enables heavy duty machining and shortens the remnant length.Heavy-duty machining is enabled by the Double Spindle, and increase the productivity.
4.Use of water soluble coolant eliminates the risk of fire and generates less oily smoke even during heavy duty machining.Short remnant length (remnant length = 150 mm + work piece length)
5.The use of conductive sleeves (option) enables high-speed and high-precision processing,high-speed and stable operation, and improved shape accuracy, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
6. Equipped with new software to shorten the processing cycle, improve processing accuracy and improve convenience.
