2. The spindle adopts precision ceramic bearings, which ensures stable cutting at high speeds, extends tool service life, and improves surface accuracy.
3.Optional direct-drive rotary guide bushing provides high speed and accurate machining.Guide-bush type or guide-bush-less type is selectable according to work-pieces.
4.Automatic programming system prepared as standard.More rigid bed and tool post realize more improving cutting ability. Maximum speed of optional cross live tool is increased(Max. 12,000r/min).Improving chip disposal ability.
5.This machine reduce the area and reduce production costs.Although the price of the machine is relatively high, due to the shortening of the manufacturing process chain and the decrease in the equipment required by the product, as well as the decrease in the number of workplaces, the area of the workshop, and the cost of equipment maintenance, it can effectively reduce the overall fixed assets.
