1. By adding Y-axis on the back tool post, the milling capability on the back side is improved even on the small size machines.Simultaneous machining including milling such as off-center drilling, off-center tapping, end-milling, or cross drilling on back side is possible
2. Adopt TSUGAMI's proprietary chuck opening and closing structure to replace the traditional toggle and improve its true roundness
3. The spindle adopts precision ceramic bearings, which ensures stable cutting at high speeds, extends tool service life, and improves surface accuracy.
5.Option stationary guide bushing is installed on the guide bush unit. It can correspond to various guide bushing by changing the guide bushing adapter.
6.After receiving the parted-off work piece from the main spindle or the ejected work piece from the
back spindle with a catcher, it is carried out with a optional conveyor to outside of the machine.
