Introduction
1.This heavy duty lathe with monolithic conjoined structure , large span guide rail.Z direction guide rail spans 420mm,while X direction spans 230mm High rigidity,small vibration,can with stand large cutting torque,and adapt to the strong cutting and fine finishing.
2.Separate transmission is used in the main drive system(independent spindle structure,three gear automatic shift gearbox,continuously speed regulation) to eliminate the influence to the precision machining parts caused by the motor vibration and heat.and the spindle system has the advantages of low thermal deformation, good accuracy stable.
3.Main transmission adopts the way that servo motor directly driving spindle,so the spindle system has the advantages of low noise,high response speed,less thermal deformation,good accuracy stable.
4.X,Z direction guide rail are in the way of slide guide.The sliding surface of the drag board,sliding plate is plastics sticking.The low friction coefficient makes the stiffness and the dynamic and static friction damping of feed system at their best situation.
5.The tailstock has a automatic buoyancy device which reduce the thrust greatly when the tailstock is moving on the bed.
