Use the Taiwan high precision grade line rail and ball screw,smooth transmission,low noise,high positioning accuracy;
X axis adopts pre-streching structure,reduce the influence of thermal deformation on the X axis accuracy and improved the X axis rigidity;
There is an oil-water separation mechanism in Z direction designed,which can effectively reduce the pollution of lubricant into the water tank cooling fluid;
