Introduction

● Because the Y-axis guide rail through the center of the ball screw is parallel to the cutting point,reducing the load of cutting resistance distance,so the Y axis direction and Z axis direction of the tool rest rigid increase ,prolong the life of the tool,improve the stability and accuracy of continuous processing.
● The tool rest adopts the structure of slant line type rail.The X and Y axis near the cutting point are radially shaped,and the mechanical rigidity is improved.
