- This series of CNC machine tools adopt two coordinates control. It has the advantages of good precision stability, strong rigidity, low noise and beautiful appearance. It can be used for automatic turning processing of various parts of the outer circle, inner circle, end face, cone and any cylindrical part whose generatrix is arbitrary conic.
- This series of machine tools adopts automatic turret without lifting tool and automatic guide rail lubrication system, which features stable movement, reliable work, high precision, rich functions, convenient operation and wide application range.
- The x-direction guide rail of the machine tool adopts square guide rail structure with the quench treatment to improve the rigidity, stability of the machine tool and the wear-resistance of the guide rail. It is suitable for heavy cutting of disc parts.
- The machine drive by the motor. Through the gears in the headstock, it realize the stepless speed regulation for the spindle from high, medium and low gear. Due to the large gear (i=21),the speed range is larger therefore the torque in low and medium speed is larger. Widen the drive gear makes the strength higher, it can bear the larger impact due to the positive and negative turning , abrupt stop, and speed variation.The switching can be realized easily among high, medium and low speed through a handle.
